With the posting of our Event Calendar for the 2011 season, our Photography Requests are once again open!

New Specials - Ways to Save!
In addition to our new products, we have added some new specials this year, to make our photographs more affordable for families.
Early Purchase Special
The first special is our Early Purchase Special. This special is being offered at our large tournaments and is a 10% discount on all orders of $100 or more, as long as they are placed by the end of business the day PRIOR to the last day of the tournament.
This special is a thank you for NOT waiting until the end of the tournament to place an order. On the final day of large tournaments, our booth can be overwhelmed with business. This makes it difficult to offer the level of help and service we strive for. Therefore, we're offering a little incentive to order before that last day. 10% off any order of $100 or more placed and paid for prior to the last day of the tournament!
Group Buys
We are introducing another new special this year - Group Buy collage pricing. The idea is simple: when families from your team purchase 4 or more Deluxe collages in qualifying sizes, then Group Buy pricing goes into effect. This pricing can be as much as 40% off of our most popular collage designs in their most popular sizes!
How does it work? Well, you need to sign up to create a Group Buy at a tournament. This takes only moments, is free and doesn't commit you to a purchase. Then, each family that wants to be considered for Group Buy discounts needs to JOIN the group buy you created for your team. Again, this is simple (it takes an account in our system and two or three clicks), it's free and doesn't commit anyone to purchasing anything.
After that, the group simply places orders as usual. The system will track the orders in your Group and, when your Group reaches the minimum of four deluxe collages, Group Buy pricing will go into effect! Simple and a great way to save!
If you would like to take advantage of this special, we advise getting together with families prior to a tournament to see if you have enough interest and then getting signed up for pictures as quickly as possible. Space fills up quickly - especially with specials like this in effect!
New products for 2011!
We have been working hard in the off season to expand our line of products. Here are a few of them ...
New Deluxe Collages
We are happy to announce a number of new deluxe collage designs for the 2011 season. We have expanded our collage lineup to include: a new two image design, a new four image design and a new seven image design. This means we now have: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 image deluxe collage designs. Our deluxe collages are fully edited for exposure, color, contrast, noise reduction, blemish retouching, etc. prior to printing.
Collage Backgrounds
One of the great new features in our collage designers is that certain collages now allow the selection of your choice of background image. In the 2, 4 & 7 image collages about, you can see a background behind the images. This is customer selectable and we offer a wide range of looks and colors, which you can customize to match your team.
We have tried to keep all collages very affordable, with no price increase this year - leaving our prices steady for three years now running.
Economy Collage Line
Speaking of keeping things accordable, we are also introducing a new line of collages - Economy Collages. These collages are simpler and lack the finishing and polish of our deluxe collages, but are offered at a lower price point, making them affordable for more families.
Like the new Deluxe collages, we are offering a two image and seven image, but have an added three image layout that is only available in the economy line.
Economy collages differ from the Deluxe collages in that Economy collages feature images with no editing - they come right from the camera. Additionally, features like names in script font and background selections are not available in the economy line.
New Team Photo Styles
We want all of our products to stand out and look great - we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. This includes our team pictures. Traditionally, team pictures are fairly basic and can often be boring. We've been looking for ways to offer a very high quality team picture, and this Fall we worked very hard on our team photo production line to streamline what it takes to produce great looking team collages at very reasonable pricing.
So we are very happy to introduce two new team collage styles we are offering to clubs in our area. The great news is that the new production line is working very well and we can offer these with absolutely no increase in price - instead, our packages have actually increased in size at the same price!
These team collages feature the club name, team name, year and a full roster.
