Are you interested in having us at the Santa Clara Convention Center? http://www.vbpics.com/events/2008presday/index.html#002a As the President's Day tournament has increased in size, it has been split into two locations - the San Jose Convention Center and the Santa Clara Convention Center. Unfortunately, due to staffing limitations, we are not able to support a viewing and ordering booth in multiple locations. This year, our main booth will again be at the San Jose Convention Center. At this time, our plan is to photograph only at the San Jose Convention Center. Can we get pictures at the Santa Clara Convention Center?
    We are happy to photograph at the Santa Clara Convention Center. In fact, the age groups playing there are amongst our favorites! But before we can do so, we need to know that it is viable. Because we can only offer coverages which do not require our viewing and ordering booth, we are offering our Full Individual or Full Team Package to families playing at the Santa Clara Convention Center on a pre-purchase basis. This way, you do not have to return to the booth to see or order images - both of those coverages come with a full CD of all images in the coverage! If we can get enough pre-sign ups of our Full Individual or Full Team packages for the Santa Clara Convention Center, we will dedicate a photographer for these coverages. What's in a Full Individual Package?
    A Full Athlete Coverage is an intensive coverage of one athlete. We will concentrate solely on capturing the maximum number of images possible of that athlete in action, without regard to other athletes on the team. As usual, we will also look for on court portraits, cheers, huddles, laughter and other fun moments with teammates. This coverage comes with the Tournament Ultimate Package: {{ul {li}Any of our collage designs in its extra large size (either 15x30, 20x24 or 20x30 inches, depending on the design you select).
    {li}Three small reprints of the collage (5x10, 8x10 or 8x12 inch depending on the collage design.) {li}1 5x7 reprint of each image in the collage. (That's 4, 5, 6, or 10 5x7 prints, depending on the collage design you select.) {li}A CD of high resolution images of the entire shoot as well as a web-resolution browse-able gallery. These images can be printed, emailed and shared. {li}4x6 Proofs of all images from your coverage. }} This is an incredible value!     A Full Team Coverage is a full game coverage of your team, with emphasis on capturing all athletes in play on the court. We will photograph one full game of your match, following as much action as possible. Everyone on the team will receive a CD of all of the high resolution images from the game in both a gallery browse-able format as well as high resolution, printable images. Game coverages typically result in 150-200 (or sometimes more) images of the team. This coverage lasts the equivalent of a full game in a match. When you purchase this coverage online prior to the tournament, we'll pay the shipping! The total price for this package after tax is: $484.88. How do I sign up for the Santa Clara Convention Center?

Once I buy a Full Coverage, how does it work?
    As the tournament approaches, keep in touch with us. As soon as you know your court, wave and pool play schedule, let us know so that we can begin scheduling your photography. Once the tournament begins, we will photograph you and process your images for viewing at our booth, as usual. We will have only one display and viewing booth: at the San Jose Convention Center. To see the images during the tournament, you will need to go to the San Jose Convention Center to do so. However, when you purchase either of our full coverages, you are actually purchasing not just the coverage, but products to go with the coverage - a collage and CD with proofs, or a CD for each member of the team. Even if you cannot make it back to the San Jose Convention Center to view your images during the tournament, because you purchased a Full Individual Converage we will send your CD with proofs from which you can make your image selections for you collage. Once you have made your selections, we will design and print your collage for you and send it to you. Of course, it's better still if you can make it to the San Jose Convention Center to select your images - that way you don't have to wait for a CD to select and layout the images for your collage. Designing your collage during the tournament will reduce processing time and turnaround time for your order.
