If you have not already done so, please purchase the photography request you would like using the buttons below. You will be taken to a shopping cart where you can pay for your request.

Then return to this page and fill out the Request Information Form (below) so that we have full information regarding your request!

*Remember when purchasing our Standard Photography Request, that your photography request fee is applied to any order you place at the tournament for which your request was made. So be sure to come by our booth and place your order at the tournament to save yourself some money!

Photography Request Information Form

To request photography for an upcoming tournament, fill out the information below so that we can get you fully placed in our schedule.

If a request is made for a team playing in a location not being photographed, we will issue a full refund.

TWO THINGS TO REMEMBER: In order to apply your request fee of $45 to your order, you must place an order at the tournament for which the request is being made.

At this time, our photography can only be ordered at a tournament. If you would like to order photographs from us, your order must be placed with us at a tournament. Do not wait to do it from home, as you will not be able to do so.

*It is very important that we get an accurate and full Club/Team Name. We want to make sure that we are photographing the correct team and that we post your team name correctly on the viewing computers at the tournament. For example, "Vision" and "Vision 15" are not full Club/Team Names. "Vision 15-1 Gold" or "Vision 15-2 Black" are full Club and Team names - they give us enough information to know exactly which team you are requesting.
