All orders placed and paid for prior to 2 March 2007 will be processed and fulfilled.

Due to our extensive out of office travel schedule over the next 6-8 weeks, we are closing club picture orders.

Thank you Delta Valley Volleyball Club and famlies - we had a great time photographing you yesterday morning. Lots of laughter and fun - you've got a great group of girls there.

We are beginning processing on the orders and plan to have them in your hands in 2-3 weeks.

For anyone that did not place an order online or at the team photo session - you can still order! To make things easier and faster onsite, every Delta athlete was photographed. So, even if you didn't pre-order, you can still use the Delta order form to order! (Just scroll down ...)

Pre-Order Special.

As you will see below, we are offering a $10 savings to all families that pre-order their team packages online. This special ends at 6pm on Saturday January 20th, 2007.

To take advantage of this special:

1. Select the package and options you would like to purchase using the purchase buttons below each item. If you would like to purchase more than one of an item, simply click the purchase button for each set you would like to purchase.

   (The purchase buttons connect with a shopping cart which you can use to pay for your purchase.)

2. After you have selected and paid for your purchase, fill out the information form below with your team and athlete information and package selections.

Team Picture Information ...

Team pictures are scheduled for the morning of the 21st of January.

As things stand now, the 16 Blue, 16 Pink, 14 Blue and 12 Blue teams will be photographed first, starting at 9am.

The remaining teams should be ready to be photographed starting at 11:30am.

Regardless of whether or not you decide to purchase individual packages, all athletes will be photographed so that they appear in the team picture. Please make sure that the team coordinates which jerseys they will be wearing and that athletes arrive ready to be photographed.

What kind of team pictures are we getting?

This year, we are offering a team picture style introduced at the end of the 2006 season and which was received with a great deal of enthusiam. It is a collage style team picture, which breaks from the more traditional team photographs and offers a combination of team and individual portrait in one collage style team picture.

Below are a few samples of finished team collages.

Additionally, here are a few samples of wallet sized prints as they are designed for these packages.

These team collages offer a great chance for unique team personalities to shine through and for individual expression of each athlete.

Please note: Your packages will be composed of BOTH the team collage and the individual wallets. You do not have to choose between the two - you will receive them both as a part of any package purchase.

Another great benefit to this style of this team photograph is that there is a very nice new collage designed around it ...

With the team photographs we are doing for you, once we have photographs of your team in action, you can design collages like these right on our ordering stations at the tournaments we photograph.

(These team collages are not included in your package - as the season progresses and we get action pictures of your team, this collage design becomes a possibility).

Hi everyone!

We're excited to be your club photographers this season and looking forward to working with you.

The club picture date has been set at the 21st of January.

We'll be coming out your direction and photographing the entire club in one afternoon.
